Boost Your Self-Esteem with
Nurturing Aromatherapy Blend

Part 1

"One's self-image is very important because if that's in good shape,
then you can do anything, or practically anything."
~Sir John Gielgud

It's true that when we feel good about ourselves, we are more likely to succeed. Unfortunately the reverse is true as well. If you have a poor self-image, it is unlikely you will find true happiness. In fact, poor self-esteem is often the root issue for those suffering from fears, anxiety, anger, panic attacks, addictive behaviours, relationship problems, depression or dependency.

How does one's low self-esteem begin? Typically it emerges during childhood when the individual may have experienced various blows to the ego. It could have resulted from a lack of affection from caregivers, a lack of recognition, having been ridiculed by peers, abandonment, etc.

Once low self-esteem has been established, the fear and anxiety that accompanies it is present in nearly everything this person does, says and thinks. It can destroy his life, and have a negative impact on his relationships with others.

Individuals suffering from poor self-esteem and the many symptoms that accompany it can benefit from nurturing therapies. Full body aromatherapy massage, and the coupling of custom aromatherapy blends with coaching or therapy can greatly boost one's self-esteem.

Creating the appropriate aromatic blends depends on which symptoms appear at the surface. In today's article, we will focus on custom blends for those whose low self-esteem appears as depression, anger, anxiety, fear, and timidity.
