FANTASY FUDGE

Microwave margarine in a 4-quart bowl on high for 1 minute until melted. Add sugar and milk and mix well. Microwave on high for 5 minutes until mixture begins to boil. Stir after 3 minutes. Mix well. Scrap down bowl. Microwave for 5 ½ minutes, stir after 3.
Stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased I 3”X 9” pan. Cool room temperature. Cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.

 


3/4 cup margarine or butter
3 cups white sugar
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) package semi-sweet
chocolate chips
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

FUDGE
Put all together and cook on stove until real bubbly about minutes on high heat, make sure to stir at all times. Ther take it off the stove and beat it well until it starts to thicke Pour into a pan and put in the fridge to cool. Bring out tc cut and serve.

1/4 - 1/2 pounds butter

IRISH CRÈMEBlend all ingredients from eggs to booze.Add whipping cream. Blend on low -don't overblend. Best before date on whipping cream.

 

 



3 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon extract (any)
1½ cups Whiskey or Brandy
1 cup whipping cream
