  HAWAIIAN BEEF Combine 1 lb ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 1 tbsp. Salt. Form into meatballs and brown.
Mix 1 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp. Vinegar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp. mustard. Put in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add meatballs and turn off. In a casserole dish put 1 can kidney beans, 1 can pork and beans 1 can pineapple chunks. Add meatball mixture. Mix well and bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes
 

Meatball mixture:
1 lb ground beef
I chopped onion
1 tbsp. salt
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard
Bean mixture:
1 can kidney beans
1 can pork and beans
1 can pineapple chunks

MEATLOAFMix ingredients together. Flatten meat mixture into a rectangle 1/2 inch thick. Lay six cheese slices 3/4 inch from the edge on meat mixture. Roll meat mixture into a loaf (pinch edges together). Bake @ 350 F for 40 minutes. Cut last two slices of cheese diagonally and lace on top of loaf at last 10 minutes of baking.
Options: Place sliced ham or turkey on top of cheese and roll into the loaf.

 

1 1/2 lbs of Ground Beef
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp garlic salt or a clove minced garlic
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup tomato or vegetable juice
2 beaten eggs
8 slices mozzarella

  CHILI SPAGHETTICook ground beef in large skillet until crumbled and no longer pink; drain.Stir in seasoning, tomato sauce and beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over hot pasta; sprinkle with cheese and serve.   1 pound lean ground beef
1 pkg (1.25g) chili seasoning
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans, undrained
8 oz cooked spaghetti, kept warm
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
