GENERAL SAUCE FOR MEAT
Mix all ingredients together and pour over raw meat in a shallow pan. Cover and bake I 1/2 hrs. then remove the lid for 15-20 minutes longer.Good with chops, steak or chicken.

 


1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 chopped onion

COLE SLAWBring to a boil the vinegar, sugar, oil, garlic and celery seed and simmer for 3 minutes.
Pour hot over carrots and cabbage.

 



1/2 cup of vinegar
3 Tbsp of sugar
2 Tbsp of oil
Dash of celery seed
Dash of Garlic Powder
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots

Dorothy Edwards Salad DressingBlend all together and serve with tossed salad.

 

 

6 tbsp Olive oil, or seasoned oil
1 tablespoon Mustard
3 tablespoon Vinegar ( red wine, balsamic, flavoured vinegar)
1 tablespoon Honey (maple syrup)
Herbs of your choice (basil, oregano, dill)
Salt
Cloves of fresh garlic, crushed
Ground pepper
