Freud’s Value to Interpreters Today

Sigmund Freud

SIGMUND FREUD – 1856-1939

“The mind is like an iceberg, it floats with one-seventh of its bulk above water” (S. Freud)

Sigmund Freud Wisdom

Sigmund Freud theory on Oedipus from the Boy’s Perspective

This theory derives from the ancient Greek story of King Oedipus; he accidentally murdered his father and married his mother. It is about childhood for both male and female. Both sexes look at the father as the enemy or rival and compete for the mother’s love. When we are born both boy and girl form a natural love bond with our mother first. Dad is seen as competition. AS young boys and girls grow they begin to discover the physical differences between them, specifically the genitalia. At some point the boy recognizes where he is on the Arche level, usually around the same time of discovery of the penis that all boys have and vagina that all girls have. As the boy grows he believes that he is superior to girls because he has a penis and girls have nothing. Boys are usually embarrassed with their privates and begin to understand how the penis relates to a vagina. This is when the boy realizes the father is a greater man. He idolizes him and wants to be like him.

How Psychic Minds Work

A psychic will help uncover the curiosities you have about your past, present, or future. Besides time line they can also attempt to look into your life; love affairs, ailments, relationships, stressful factors, general successes or failures in your life. Good psychic minds are not easy to find, especially with the abundance of snake oil psychics. One of the primary finding methods is your gut feel. Your first impression relies on the best built-in judgment system we have. Let your intuition guide you through the light.

Costs and Types

The price start at $1 per minute to $10-$15 per minute, it really depends of the level of knowledge and expertise you choose. If you check with others that have had experience with psychic minds it’s a great place to start. You can also ask questions at knowledgeable social communities like yahoo answers.

Words of Wisdom From Sigmund Freud

SIGMUND-FREUD-Wisdom

Sigmunds’ story begins from his childhood where he had a different relationship with siblings than most families. Many people believe that his childhood was the foundation for developing his character further in life. A couple of very influential people in his life were Joseph Breuer (mentor) and his patient Anna O (1880 through 1882)

He developed theories on psychoanalysis that are looked at as valid theories today. The concepts that were theorized consisted of many interconnected ideologies into the inner workings of the human brain. This really shows that looking at that the human mind instead of looking into it with modern day ex ray technologies can be as effective if not more effective. By examining a patient (analysand) through an extensive interviewing process can bring man’s associations of dreams and fantasies to light. It was taking a psychoanalytical approach where Freud found his way into the deepest pathways to the human subconscious.

How Our Brains Process Armageddon and Love

Armageddon & Love

A Study of Conflicts Inside Human Minds

The human mind has often been compared with the universe. I really don’t understand why we don’t have the nine wonders of the world instead of 7. Is this because the universe and mind are larger than the thought of a “wonder”? We all have our daily wonders in the conscious world but what about the wonders of the outside world?

There are many topics that humans explore, only to discover the more that is learned the more questions arise. “Man” wanted to have a closer look at the universe so we engineered the Hubble which has brought us a view of our universe through the eyes of a super-microscope. Once we began to see through these eyes, thousands of new mysteries were born.

In your inner world, your brain sees pictures and symbols. Everyday the human mind is exposed to millions of images. It is estimated that the average human takes in over 4000 images every day. In the conscious side of your brain a small portion of all this imagery is processed in comparison with to the subconscious. When you are awake (beta state) and functioning in daily activities it is impressing in your subconscious state. It is estimated by human brain researchers your unconscious brain power is 30,000 times greater than your conscious. Your meditative state also has many other tasks that run silently in the background such as keeping all involuntary body parts functioning. Your imagination is the communication mechanism to to your sub-conscious. This is how people learn to be fearful, happy or sad.
